Moulding

Moulding

  • Equipped with HPML Tokyu Japan, AMF III
  • Mould size of 700x600x180–180 ~ 250
  • 120 moulds per hour without core and bunch weight of 30 kgs to 80 kgs
  • Arpa 300 with box size of 520x400/120 ~ 180 with capacity of 1000 moulds per day
  • Arpa 600 with box size 650x700/200 ~ 350 with capacity of 250 moulds per day
  • Our casting weight ranges from 4 kgs–80 kgs in machine moulding & up to 1.5 tons in hand moulding

Coremaking

  • Cold box – GS make horizontal core shooter – 700x600, 250 cores/day
  • Cold box – 2 nos. Selvalakshmi vertical core shooters – 300x150x250, 2400 cores/day
  • Sophisticated CO₂ core facility

Sand Plant

  • Equipped with Disa TM190 Mixer with a capacity of 30 tons per hour and Disa fluidic-type cooler for excellent sand quality
  • SSEC 1-ton mixer with a capacity of 20 tons/hr
  • Disa fluidic cooler with 30 tons/hr capacity
  • Total hopper capacity of 400 tons
  • State-of-the-art lab equipment to control sand parameters

Melting

  • We use efficient and reliable Inductotherm 750 kg Tri-Track and 1 Ton Dual-Track furnaces
  • These induction furnaces offer energy efficiency and support multiple grades of ductile iron
  • Installed automatic weighment system and temperature control ensure excellent metal quality
  • We produce around 75 tons of liquid metal per day

Pouring

  • SSEC Autopour – Unheated tundishes are well suited for applications that require multiple alloy flexibility and where hot metal is readily available
  • We also use 250 kg and 500 kg ladle pouring for Arpa line machines for manufacturing various types of castings

Fettling Facility

  • Our Hidea grinding machine makes the fettling process simple and easy
  • Required output with desired quality can be achieved in safe and healthy working conditions
  • Our capacity with the above machine is 2000 numbers per day
  • We also use 5 bed grinding machines
  • With 3 swing grinding machines and other fettling equipment for a smooth process
